Become Unstoried®

Some Stories Deserve to Go.

We Are Storied Creatures

Everything we do is based on stories.

Every thought, every decision, every identity we embody, is rooted in a story. The stories we tell ourselves. The stories we inherit. The stories we absorb from culture, family, and society.

They shape how we see ourselves, the meanings we make of the world and our place in it, how we form communities and what we believe is possible.

Repeating narratives of “I’m not good enough,” “I’m not smart enough,” “I don’t know enough,” or not [fill-in-the-blank] enough erodes confidence when we get caught and lost in their loops.

Not Enough is one of those stories. It runs below so much of what we do.

You’re not your stories. Once you realise that “Oh, wait a minute. This is just another narrative I’ve been telling myself.” You can step out of it.

When the stories we believe or tell ourselves begin to constrain function more than they support clarity or choice.

Becoming Unstoried® is how we step out of not enough story loops.

All of these stories create the architecture of our inner world. And that’s where the work of becoming Unstoried® begins.

What is Unstoried®

Unstoried® means stepping out of the coded loop of a constraining story, one that’s running reflexively, shaping your action, behaviour, or self-perception.

And they may show up as:

“If it’s not perfect, it will reflect badly on me.” (The perfectionist Archetype)

“It’s better not to try than to risk being hurt or disappointed.” (The Avoider Archetype)

“If I don’t do it, who will?” or “I can’t say no, I’ll let them down,” (The Overgiver Archetype)

The stories running behind these thoughts and experiences shape your sense of self. And when you step out of the loop of the narrative playing out the story, you become Unstoried® from it.

You don’t unstory everything. Only the patterns that constrain function or distort your coded brilliance.

Why Not Just Rewrite the Story

So many approaches focus on rewriting the story. But what I’ve found with rewriting stories is that, whilst it works for some, for many it doesn’t. What I learned through my work with both my life and people I’ve helped is that rewriting your stories (or building new beliefs or confidence on top of old stories) still keeps you entangled inside the codes of the old.

You can’t be free of a story if you’re still in it.

These methods can keep you operating from within the same narrative structure.

Becoming Unstoried® means stepping out altogether. It’s about liberation, not revision.

The Coded Stories Method® is the structured process I developed to help client identify the archetypal code within their stories and harness its brilliance.

This is narrative liberation at the root code level.

How it Works

Working from the core code outward through each layer to narrative liberation.

The Coded Stories Method® works from the core code and guides you to become Unstoried® from any Not Enough Syndrome™ story.

This is narrative liberation at the root level of any story.

It is architectural transformation that dissolves the overactive loop and redirects the archetypal code toward its gift expression, so you can live Unstoried®.

When a Story Becomes Unstoried®

The People Pleaser becomes the Harmoniser.

You’re no longer drained by saying yes when you mean no. You use your gift for connection to create harmony with boundaries intact and life feels lighter and freer.

The Overthinker becomes the Trusting.

Instead of spiralling at 3am, you harness your gift for deep thinking to make clear, confident decisions and life flows with clarity, not second-guessing.

The Perfectionist becomes the Vision Alchemist.

No more paralysis or moving goalposts. You channel your eye for detail into raising standards without losing momentum and life feels like steady progress instead of endless pressure.

The Overachiever becomes the Architect.

No longer a workaholic chasing worth. You use your drive to create lasting impact, grounded in enoughness. And life finally has space for both success and peace.

The Critic becomes the Guardian of Quality.

No more self-sabotage or harsh judgement. You elevate standards with discernment, without tearing yourself or others down and life feels balanced.
