Why do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data to be able to send you content you when you sign up for information, and provide you with support and services in regards to mindset coaching. This includes purchases and transactions made.

What personal data do we collect and how?
Mailing List Subscription: Your name and email address are collected when you sign up to our mailing list from Our website, or through a coaching agreement or Facebook. Your name and address will then be stored on Mailer Lite, a system and platform we used for our mailing lists.
You have the right to unsubscribe at time using the ‘unsubscribe’ option that appears within your subscribed content or contact us at hello@ebilewis.com.
Discovery Call Bookings and Coaching Clients: Whether you are booking a Discovery Call of are a coaching client, We will collect your name, email address, and your communication contact details where applicable such as Zoom, Skype address or FaceTime. For coaching clients, you home address and phone number will be collected.
If you send us an email, we may collect your name, your email address, and any other information which you choose to give us.
For the purposes of the Data Protection Legislation, We are the data controller responsible for such personal data.
The lawful basis under the Data Protection Legislation that allows us to use such information is article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR which allows us to process personal data when it is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests, in this case, the proper operation and functionality of Site. If you contact us as described above, you will be required to consent to our use of your personal data to contact you. In this case, our lawful basis for using your personal data will be article 6(1)(a) of the UK GDPR, which allows us to use your personal data with your consent for a particular purpose or purposes.
How do you use my personal data data?
Where we collect any personal data it will be used for the purpose for which is intended such as:
If you subscribe to receive newsletters, your data will be used to provide you that service and nothing else until you unsubscribe or we no longer provide that service.
If you request to receive any information from us.
If you book a Discovery Call, we will use your data to communicate with you for the purposes of your session.
If you are a client we will use your data to communicate with you and provide you with our coaching services.
Your data will be processed and stored securely, for no longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. We will comply with our obligations and safeguard your rights under the Data Protection Legislation at all times.
How and when do you store my personal data?
We will store some of your personal data in the UK. This means that it will be fully protected under the Data Protection Legislation.
We may store some of your personal data in countries outside of the UK when we use third parties service providers such as Mailchimp, Calendly, PayPal, Stripe and web hosting server. These service providers are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA). These are known as “third countries”. The processing of data by third countries will involve a transfer of your personal data outside the EEA.

Do you share my personal data?
We will not share any of your personal data with any third parties for any purposes, subject to the following exception[s].
When we contract with (and not limited to) the following third parties for hosting and data storage purposes:
PayPal and or Stripe for processing payment
Mailer Lite for mailing list
Calendly for booking appointments.
The method we use to communicate will also store the relevant contact information, i.e. Skype address will be stored in Skype, FaceTime telephone number in FaceTime. If you contact me by telephone, your telephone number will be stored on my phone. I will use this data to contact you for coaching purposes only.
How can I access my personal data?
If you want to know what personal data we have about you, you can ask us for details of that personal data and for a copy of it (where any such personal data is held). This is known as a “subject access request”.

We will respond to your subject access request within 7 days and, in any case, not more than one month of receiving it. Normally, we aim to provide a complete response, including a copy of your personal data within that time.
