Bring one challenge, pattern, or question. Together, we’ll decode the story beneath it, explore where it has thrived, and uncover the narrative it lives inside.
You’ll step out of the old narrative, build a new Narrative Identity™, and set an intention for living it.
01 — DEOCDE
We identify the story beneath the challenge you’re facing and name the belief at its centre, in your own words.
02 — DEOCDE
Together, we explore the conditions in which that story has thrived, and why it continues to make sense there.
03 — UNSTORIED®
You step out of the narrative that’s been playing out the story, becoming Unstoried® from it.
04 — NARRATIVE IDENTITY™
You’ll build a new Narrative Identity™, set an intention for living it, and begin making different stories possible.
Your current story, decoded, named plainly in your own words.
Clarity on where and how that story has been thriving, so you can recognise the environments, relationships, and situations in which it takes hold.
Unstoried®, stepping beyond the story that has shaped your experience.
A Narrative Identity™, built with you.
An intention for living that new narrative.
A personalised 30-day Narrative Practice (PDF, emailed), with one practice each week to help the new narrative take root.
A fixed investment.
If deeper work is needed, it can be arranged privately. This investment will be credited towards it.
This session draws on the Coded Stories Method®, a narrative-decoding approach developed by Ebi Lewis through lived experience, client work, and years of applied practice.
The method came first, long before the discovery and naming of Not Enough Syndrome® and the Not Enough Archetypes®. In fact, it was through identifying the gifts within Coded Stories® that the gifts within the archetypes first became visible, followed by Narrative Intelligence.
I work with a small number of people each year through my Personal Practice.

No. This is a narrative session built around the Coded Stories Method®. It is not designed to diagnose or treat mental health conditions, or provide crisis support. If you're looking for diagnosis, treatment, or support with acute mental health concerns, a qualified mental health professional is the more appropriate place to begin.
For many people, yes. A single session is often enough to see the story differently and begin living from a new narrative.
If, during the session, it becomes clear that further work would be valuable, we can discuss continuing together. Any follow-on work is arranged privately, and your initial investment is credited towards it.
